Cat is a clinical social worker with her Masters in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. Cat has been in the field for 10 years working predominantly with children from elementary age to high school age. Cat currently works with children from 5-18 and adults from 18 to middle age. Cat has experience working with clients with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Cat is a wife, mother, and dog lover. She loves to spend her free time going to the gym, getting outside, bird watching, and spending time with family and friends. Cat believes that life is a journey with many twists and turns. It may get bumpy, but with the right tools and support, people can grow and ultimately thrive.
